What is Aarting?
Aarting helps you create and sell Limited Edition products with no upfront costs, no hassles and no risk.
Upload a design, choose a product, and make it available for sale. When you sell a product, we'll produce it, package it and ship it for you. Aarting is 100% free to use and we handle all of the customer service for you.
With Aarting you don't have to pay upfront for minimum orders, guess how many products you'll need, worry about storing inventory or paying for shipping costs.
Currently we offer museum quality archival prints and all-over sublimation print t-shirts. Expect more products soon!
Is it really free?
Yes! It's completely free. You'll never have to pay any upfront costs or take any risk.
Do I retain all of the rights and copyrights to my design?
Yes. You keep 100% ownership of the work.
By launching a print or t-shirt, you agree that you hold the right to reproduce and sell the design. You also give us permission to sell prints and t-shirts of the design on your behalf.
How do I launch a work?
To launch a work, just click on the "+ Create" button at the top of the website. First, you'll fill out your profile and then you can choose to create either a print or a t-shirt.
Do I have to be in the USA to launch a work?
Nope! You can launch a print from anywhere, but international users need to be able to accept PayPal to receive payouts. If you have a unique circumstance and cannot accept PayPal, please contact our support team.
How do I find out how much profit I've made?
You can find out how much you'll make from each work by visiting your Works page and clicking on the work.
When can I receive my profit?
Profits will be released at the beginning of each month.
Is the profit taxed? Who pays those taxes?
It's your responsibility to report your income from Aarting. It is considered a royalty on the license of your image. We will send you a tax statement at the beginning of every year if the profits were greater than $600.
Are the prints high-quality?
Yes. Our print partners work specifically with artists, photographers, and art directors on digital projects and specialize in exhibition quality archival pigmented print production. They have worked with many of the top artists and galleries
in New York.
I have a design I want to upload. What file types can I use?
We strongly recommend you upload your art as a hi-resolution 300dpi .tiff file. Our team will review any uploaded art to ensure you get the best print quality.
